Private Coaching
I’m in a long line of seekers and strugglers who discovered that a single breath can change everything and that being outside does something that can feel like magic when your heart is confused and nothing makes sense at all. I know from personal experience that practices like journaling & meditation & mindful movement can be the difference between surviving and thriving, between confusion and clarity and I use them as part of my embodiment coaching toolkit along with gentle rituals and embodied space-holding.
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions to anyone struggling with various levels of anxiety, depression and/or spiritual crisis, or those in transition and/or wanting to create a shift in their lives. Using the somatic modality of Focalizing, alongside the tools of mindful inquiry, I’ll hold safe space for you as we tend to your nervous system, establish a strong foundation of resource and chart a path toward greater self-awareness, satisfaction and embodied wholeness.
What does working together look like?
Private coaching is offered in two packages. A four-session immersion month, and then an optional, ongoing coaching process as-needed.

The Immersion Month: Four sessions, held weekly, with access to a collection of resources and written materials designed to support your process and your goals.

The Ongoing Process: After the immersion month, you can opt to go with regular, every-other-week or monthly sessions if you want to continue to receive support with your goals.
Note: At this time Kim does not do one-off sessions with new clients.
Coaching Packages & Rates
The Immersion Month – $440 USD
The immersion month includes:
- Four, 60-minute sessions together via Zoom or in-person
- Weekly practices that are customized to your needs and are used to support you in-between meetings
The Ongoing Process – $140 USD (monthly)
After the immersion month, you have the option to continue with Kim on an ongoing basis as-needed. Ongoing work includes:
- A regular, every-other-week session via Zoom running 50 minutes
- Practices and recommendations customized to your needs
- A recap and progress check-in every four sessions to ensure you’re continuing to get the most out of this coaching process
