Private Coaching

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions to anyone struggling with various levels of anxiety, depression and/or spiritual crisis, or those in transition and/or wanting to create a shift in their lives. Using the somatic modality of Focalizing, alongside the tools of mindful inquiry, I’ll hold safe space for you as we tend to your nervous system, establish a strong foundation of resource and chart a path toward greater self-awareness, satisfaction and embodied wholeness.

Spiritual Trauma Coaching

I spent years in harmful relgious spaces and it took me a long time to figure out what was even going on, never mind how to find my way out of the dark woods of toxic indoctrination. If you’re in the throes of faith-deconstruction or are trying to make sense of your experience in or out of a religious community, you don’t need to do it alone. I will hold embodied space for you as you navigate this tender territory. My religious trauma practice is grounded in the somatic modality of Focalizing, mindfulness, somatic movement, complex trauma training and expressive writing as well as the teachings of Dr. Marlene Winnel, a pioneer in religious trauma recovery.

Individualized Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga Therapy addresses the unique needs and goals of a whole individual – physically, mentally and emotionally – utilizing tools from the yogic tradition to provide more ease, deeper connection and an overall increased well-being.

Individual sessions can get you safely started on the right foot (pardon the pun) or kick-start your practice again after a long hiatus.

Cozy Sunday Write-Ins

This is an online writing community that meets on Sunday evenings during the colder months (November to March) to write together in the format of “writing practice”.  In these 75-minute sessions, we approach writing like a spiritual practice: we breathe together, listen to some inspiring writing (poems/prose fragments) and then we move to the page to write without censoring or self-judgement. We usually write on 3 topics for 7-10 minutes each with the option to read aloud with the group after each topic. When we read aloud, we don’t comment or critique, we hold space for others to share their words.
