An Online Mindful Writing Community

This is an online writing community that meets on Sunday evenings during the colder months (November to March) to write together in the format of “writing practice”.  In these 75-minute sessions, we approach writing like a spiritual practice: we breathe together, listen to some inspiring writing (poems/prose fragments) and then we move to the page to write without censoring or self-judgement. We usually write on 3 topics for 7-10 minutes each with the option to read aloud with the group after each topic. When we read aloud, we don’t comment or critique, we hold space for others to share their words. Payment is by donation.
